Orders are shipped through USPS, priority shipping. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
CUSTOM REQUESTED ORDERS
We strive to have all requested orders delivered within 14 business days of processing. Processing can take 1 - 2 business days.
Note: The production process depends on many factors that at times are out of our control (materials out of stock) that can delay manufacturing time. We will do our best to resolve any situation for a delayed purchase, but we recommend our customers to place orders with optimal time ahead, especially if needed by a specific date. Refunds will not be issued for delays.
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept an exchange of unworn merchandise for another item or store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery date. No refund can be issued.
Returned items must adhere to our return policy, as follows:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be denied a return. See our Damaged or Faulty Return Policy.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles as your return could be denied.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM
We take extreme care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is damaged, faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would be happy to resolve the problem. Customer service must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.
All purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to the below return shipping address. In addition, you must include proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, credit card statement or other payment statements) at the time of making the return.
Once the item is received by us, an official assessment will be done by our development team. Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any damaged or faulty return, however, this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been approved. Please provide a shipping receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.

We recommend sending returned parcels via registered mail as Bella Cosa is not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; proof of delivery at our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Bella Cosa will not be held accountable for any losses.Thank you for your understanding.
